Return to bluith [fuel]on the A483 stop at Cambrian tea rooms for tea and cakes.option 1. Mountain ride via abergwesyn, devils staircase to tregaron.quite a demanding ride but well and truly worth it.spectacular views,tight hairpins, narrow in parts,well trained loose sheep.at tregaron A485 to lampeter, stop for coffee if open, then make your own way home.Option 2 continue on from t. Rooms on to A483,then A40 to Carmarthen.try and make this rideout you wont be dissapionted. Ride safely sue and keith.
